1. Common
(a) These terms of service regulate the contractual relation between the Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG and the user, as well as the terms of use for all services provided by the Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG.
(b) The services provided by the Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG may not be used by persons not fully competent or under the age of 18 years.
2. Registration
(a)For registration purpose you have to choose a Username and password. You have to protect your Username and password from unauthorized use. You are responsible for all actions taken under your Username and password. You must use every effort to keep your Username and password safe and shall not disclose it to any other person. You shall not permit, either directly or indirectly, any other person to utilise Your Username and password.
(b) Your Useraccount will be unlocked shortly after the payment of the usage fee arrives on one of Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG banking accounts.
(c) Every Useraccount for which no payment enrolls on one of the banking accounts of the Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG within 60 days after registration will be deleted. A once deleted Useraccount can not be restored at any time. All payments that enroll ater deletion of Useraccount will not be refunded.
3. Cancellation
(a) You can quit your trackbuster membership at any time. Once paid fees for the services of the Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG are non refundable.
4. User obligations
(a) You agree to use the Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG services in agreement with the laws of the respective country and the Federal Republic of Germany.
(b) You agree to use the Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG services not abusively.
5. Requirements for exemption
(a) As a service provider the Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG can not be held liable for any damages of any sort realized or not realized resulting from or through the use of or arising from the use of or inability to use the Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG services.
6. Privacy Policy
The Trackbuster Ltd & Co KG only raises participant data needed to provide the services of the Trackbuster Ltd & Co KG.
7. No warranty
(a) The Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Our website and our services are provided "as is" and as and when available, and to the extent permissible by law we exclude all implied warranties, conditions or other terms, whether implied by statute or otherwise, including without limitation any terms as to skill and care or timeliness of performance.

(b) The Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG is not responsible and can not be held liable for escaped conversion or profit, the loss of data or any kind requirements for compensation caused by the use or impossibility to the services of the Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG.
(c) Any form of responsibility or liability is even not given if the Trackbuster Ltd. & Co KG is informed that the possibility of such damage exists.
